Sorry, but I don’t know much abt Bharatnatyam but I visit your blog since my daughter is learning the Kalakshetra style. Anjali Post author September 15, 2009 at 1:00 pm Anjali, you must have already seen some differences by now. Kalakshetra style has originated from Pandanallur style. They do not matter at all at a higher level. Let your daughter practice as her guru teaches. This site can be only be an added learning. Anjali Damerla September 15, 2009 at 3:51 pm Thanks. The reason I asked is b’cos when my daughter practices at home, there is no way I can tell whether she is doing it correctly or not 🙂 So, I was going to check the mudras, etc on your site which would have helped me correct my daughter’s mistakes 🙂 pallavi January 12, 2010 at 6:22 am Hi, I really liked your way of explaining mudras, and adavus.
