The seventh step is a combination of the first step and a new set of steps. It can be divided into two parts.
The first part of Ta Tai Tai Ta, Dhit Tai Tai Ta do the first step of Visharu Adavu.
Then for the second part of Ta Tai Tai Ta, Dhit Tai Tai Ta follow the instructions below:
1. Tap your right leg with hands close to the chest in Katakamukha Mudra. Say Ta.
2. Again tap your right leg slightly away from the earlier tapped position. Hands moving to the front in Katakamukha Mudra. Say Tai.
3. Cross your left leg behind the right (Swastikam). Hands moving back towards the body. Say Tai.
4. Then uncross the leg by lifting the right leg and tapping in Ardhamandala. Hands are held close to the chest in katakamukha Mudra. Say Ta. (like 1 above)
5. Now Tap your left leg with hands close to the chest in Katakamukha Mudra. Say Dhit. (like 1 above)
6. Again tap your left leg slightly away from the earlier tapped position. Hands moving to the front in Katakamukha Mudra. Say Tai. (like 2 above)
7. Cross your right leg behind the left. Hands moving back towards the body. Say Tai. (like 3 above)
8. Then uncross the legs by lifting the left leg and tapping in Ardhamandala posture. Hands are held close to the chest in katakamukha Mudra. Say Ta. (like 1 above)
