Hope you must have tried out the fifth and sixth step. Today I shall describe the seventh step.
Be in Ardhamandala and hands stretched out in Tripataka.
1.Do the first step of Natta Adavu as explained in the previous posts. (Tai yum Tat Ta tai hi ya ha)
2. After doing the first step take your right foot behind the left foot such that right leg toes are placed just behind the left foot (Right heel is raised up , while the left foot is flat on the ground). This is the crossed leg position. The right hand is placed in front of the chest(elbows bent) with Tripataka gesture facing up and left hand is kept in Tripataka gesture facing down. Say “tai yum”
3. Then Tap your right leg while in ardhamandala and Hands stretched out in tripataka
4. Now take your left foot behind the right foot such that left leg toes are placed just behind the right foot (left heel is raised up , while the right foot is flat on the ground). The left hand is placed in front of the chest(elbows bent) with Tripataka gesture facing up and right hand is kept in Tripataka gesture facing down. Say “tai Hi”
5. Then Tap your left leg while in Ardhamandala and Hands stretched out in tripataka facing down. say “Ya Ha“.
This finishes the count to the right side. Repeat the above explanation starting from Left side.
