Following is the video for the first and the second variation of KudittaMetta. The Bols are Tai Gha Tai Ghi. The most commonly used hand gestures are Alapadma and Katakamukha.
In the first variation the hand moves with every sylable. Which means at Tai the hands are stretched out and jump on the toes. At Gha hands are brought in and the heels strike the floor. Again at Tai hands are stretched forward with a jump and for Ghi it is brought in and heels strike the floor.
Unlike the first variation, the second variation is one hand movement per two sylables. Which means At Tai Gha the hands are stretched up. And at Tai Ghi they are brought back. While the leg movement remaining the same.
This is one of the most simple looking but beautiful adavu maam
