Namaste Anjaliji,
I am watching your vedios of adavus for more then 1 year for my daughters. (my daughters Arushee and Omisha are learning Bharatnatyam from
Teacher.) I started to watch your vedios to make sure that they are doing their practice properly. Everyday watching my 10 and 7 years daughters
my inner dancer wake up. From last month I also started to take lessons. I know that i am beyond the age limit to do a dance, but my aim is - that
way I will able to understand and enjoy my daughter's dance, if I will learn about mudras,....etc. And it will be good physical exersise for my body,
too. I think, That will be enough for age 40. "YES, AGE FORTY." What is your openion, Anjaliji? Or do you think my idea is ceazy? Please, give me
your openion. (I practice for natt and tatt adavus for 10-15 minutes every day, and I dont have any complain for leg/back ...pain. Do you think, I
should continue learning and practicing, or not - looking at my age ?) Please, guide me.
Thanks.

Dear Auromi, no doubt that dance is a wonderful exercise for you. Do continue your lessons, you may not be as agile in terms of sitting in full sitting position (muzhu mandi) and getting quick. But with practice even that is eased out. Keep practicing regularly, you should be able to see considerable changes in your movements and confidence level.

Anjaliji,
Thanks for your quick reply. I will definetely continue my practice. I want to set an example for my daughters that there is not any
age limit to learn new things! You also can give my example to your students. I will keep you updateing about my progress.
Thanks.
