I started to dance Bharatanatyam few months ago but I cannot find yet a good shop here in Brussels where to buy a nice sari to practice.
I am not looking for the one with the "fan-trousers" to perform (I am still a beginner!!), just a regular sari with trousers to dance.
I am going to Los Angeles next week and I heard that there are good Indian stores. So I wish to ask whether someone can advice me a good dress store where I could find such a sari.

Thank you in advance
sarah

Dear Sarah, I know its too late for me to answer this. But you donot find them in regular sari shops. They are custom stitched. Pls refer to the post on costumes in this forum.

You will find many who deal with costumes. If you give them your measurements they can send your costume stitched.
